Please arrange in future that when an employee has been absent continuously for three months, his case is reviewed by his immediate Chief as to whether he shall be considered to have left the employment of the Company.

In the case of employees being absent continuously for six months, they shall then be considered as having left the Company's employ. This will not prevent them being re-started, if conditions allow.

E.W. HIVES,
DIRECTOR & GENERAL WORKS MANAGER.
