The two 13½ x 9½ x .130" clutch facings backed by steel plates which Ferodo have been making for us (our note to Roy.{Sir Henry Royce} Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Smth.12/KW.13.6.36) are now finished, and we have asked Messrs. Ferodo to send them direct to Borg & Beck for fitting to a plate, so as to save time. The plate is then to be returned to Ferodo, where we are going to test it.
