Instruction to experimentally produce a commutator for a 'Goshawk' II dynamo, substituting Mica insulation for the previously used Bakelite.

It has been agreed that we produce experimentally another moulded Bakelite Commutator, but to have Mica Insulation between the Commutator Bars instead of moulded bakelite as used in the Commutator previously instructed.
