3009 To HPS.{Horace Percy Smith - Experimental Factory Mgr} from Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Std. Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Std.1/AP.9.3.37. We have had a good deal of success with the rubber seated steam valve for the Continental radiator, but wish to try a stiffer spring for the pressure valve and also require another cover to Ex.25783. Will you therefore please ha ve a new cover to Ex.25783 made and also four springs to Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}334 attached. We should like to have the springs as soon as possible in order to test them before the valve is fitted to the Continent- al car. Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Std. | ||
