ENGINES F/HCM-4. 7th January 1935. W.A.Robotham Esq, Messrs Rolls-Royce Ltd, Derby. Dear Robotham, Many thanks for your letter of the 5th instant. I had another long run of 276 miles this week end, in beautifully fine and dry weather, without any wind. I am getting more accustomed to the steering at high speed, but I still feel the car is very much harsher on a bumpy road, and if you could go back to the old set of conditions as regards springing, without getting the wheel wobble, I should be glad. I am absolutely full up every minute this week, and think I had better put off your man coming down. I shall probably be using the car the following week end, and I should like to express a final opinion, and will suggest a date after the next week end. With many thanks, Yours sincerely, A.H.A. Fedden. | ||
