Mr. Fedden's Car.

I understand that Mr. Fedden has sent a copy of his letter dated 2nd January to you. Attached is a copy of my reply.

We drove the car about four or five days before we delivered it to Fedden, to make sure that the brake squeaks did not recur, and we can say definitely that while we had it there was no sign of the trouble.

We do not agree that the amount of friction we put in the steering to overcome low speed wobbles was sufficient to spoil the handling of the car.
