Dear Sirs, For the attention of Mr. Parsons. With reference to your letter of the 19th.inst., we sent a resume of our tests on the 7" tyres for the 21" rims to Mr. Bond a week ago. The gist of the matter is that we have turned these tyres down. We are still working on the 7" tyre for the 20" rim but so far can see no prospect of adopting it.
