Dear Mr.Feddon,

Mr. Robotham has asked the writer to deal with your letter of 1st. instant ref. F/ET/81 as he is away from the Works today.

Your letter ref. F/ET/81 has been passed on to our repair dept. who will be writing to you very shortly.

We are sorry that the tapping noise has again developed and will do our best to avoid a repetition of this trouble.
