Dear Sirs,

Starter Motor for "Goshawk II".
----------------------------

Replying to your letter ref: EL/DM {D. Munro} of the 5th inst., we send you herewith blue print of D.50050 which has now been completed in accordance with the information received from you. We wish to point out that we do not require a dowel pin in the frame, and have therefore not embodied this on our revised outline. You will perhaps recollect that we have pointed out previously this motor is not suspended in a cradle, but carried from the driving end bearing.

With this one exception we quite agree that everything seems to be in order, and are going ahead to complete the shaft and other parts in order to send them to you as soon as ever possible.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS ROYCE LTD.
