Re Special Springs for Commander Briggs' Car.
64-LB.
---------------------

With reference to my memo EP{G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer}18/T/W23916, copy attached, I shall be glad to know when the set of special springs for the above car is likely to be ready, so that I can arrange with Commander Briggs for his car to come to the Works for the fitting of these new parts.

I understand from Mr Hives that when he was at the Admiralty last week, this matter was mentioned to him, and I believe that Commander Briggs is anxious that these special springs should be fitted as early as possible.
