Please receive herewith two blueprints of each of the following, with an extra print of parts marked @ :- SECTION 5050. @ Ex.S.1060 Cylinder Head. 1 off. SECTION 5040. @ Ex.S.1061 Piston (Bump Crown). 1 off. SECTION 5060. Ex.S.1062 Push Rod 1 off. The following parts will also be required :- SECTION 5050. EB.3437 Cylinder Head. 1 off. EB.3438 Valve Seat. 2off. Kindly produce 1 set. A rough casting of EB.3437 which can be used to produce finished machined EB.3437, is at present in the single cylinder test bed house. EB.3437 is for use with the bump crown piston Ex.S.1061, which increases the compression ratio from 6.4 to 7.4 - 1, while Ex.S.1060 and Ex.S.1062 give the same conditions with a standard 3.250 dia. flat-topped piston. Both cylinder heads are for use with the alum. cyl. block. The above is as requested by memo Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Swdl.{Len H.
