To Nor. from Eg.

11. Omitting sub-frame, trunk rack and cutout.
He refers to test with and without sub-frame about which I have already written.

12. Improved fuel tank filler.
He refers to clearance from rear mudguard and trunk rack, but all we have agreed to do is to substitute a hinged cap for the present type, i.e. not a different type of filler.

13. Improved clutch (Fabric on driven disc)
He refers to desirability of making comparative slipping tests. Presumably covered by experimental work.

14. Oil Filter.
He refers to the most effective type, facility and frequency of replacing filtering element, but all we have said was that we agreed that this should be improved.

15. Front mudgard irons.
These are included and he refers to their being shaped to suit the mudguards, which I should imagine could be done without difficulty or expense.

The above covers the agreed points but we should add:

16. The revision of Instruction book for left-handed chassis, which will be necessary and which we shall have to supply and the

17. Provision by the date required of the necessary coach-builders' blue prints for America.

Items previously discussed but not agreed for incorporation in the 20G chassis. Remarks.

a.{Mr Adams} Air Cleaner.
He refers to effectiveness, back fire noise etc. but we have not agreed to supply any air cleaner but only a carburettor to which

[Handwritten note in margin]: cleaner can be attached
