re: PHANTOM III Carburetters

Dear Sirs,

In reference to your letter of the 9th instant, we note the two complaints, and are very pleased to inform you that both points have already had consideration and have been rectified.

That part of the pump which was rotateable upon the pump rod has now been fixed to the rod, so that it will be possible on assembly to rotate the pump leather into place and that we think will get over your trouble.

As regards the breaking of the accelerator pump jets, this has been taken into consideration in the layout of the carburetter with the English bowl, of which you are having a delivery this week.

The screw centres have been altered and there will be no fear of the difficulty of which you complain making its appearance.
