Messrs. Rolls-Royce Ltd.,

Dear Sirs,

X4290 (crossed out)

We should be obliged if you would let us know whether you are interested, or likely to be interested in the near future in STARTING AND LIGHTING EQUIPMENTS for motor cars.

We can offer for instance, equipments of this character consisting of a 1.2 H.P. starter, switchboard and lighting dynamo, the latter giving its full output of 100 watts at 550 R.P.M. packed and delivered f.o.r. London, at about £33.10.0 per equipment if reasonable quantities are ordered at one time.

If this matter interests you, we shall be pleased to forward particulars upon hearing from you. The design and workmanship of the apparatus is of the highest possible quality, being uniform with the quality of our magnetos, which you already have had occasion to examine.

We beg to remain,

Yours faithfully,

SCINTILLA LIMITED.
