Will you, please, arrange for the return of the above instrument, to the Makers, for repair. The fault appears to be that the needle is loose in its bearings, and is consequently sluggish in its movements. The zero adjustor also appears to be loose. This is the third time, in about the last eight months, that this instrument has been returned for repair, and we think the Makers should be informed to this effect.
