Childs} 10/WH. 1.9.37 Re Defective Ammeter which caused a blackout on Bentley B.118.JD.{J. Draper - Frames} We have examined this instrument and find the fault due to bad workmanship. On examination it was found that the end connection of the actuating coils were loose.
