FROM DA{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}/EV.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} C. to SG.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} HS.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} DA{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}/EV{Ivan Evernden - coachwork}4/N13.11.31. 20/25. HEADLAMPS X5800. As soon as possible we are going to use R.170. S.E.L. Lucas headlamps on the 25HP., and we wish as, soon as possible also to raise the lamps to such a position that the top of the lamp is the same height above the top of the radiator matrix as on P. 2. We would be glad if you would arrange to tell Sales (SG.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}) how far we are committed in the matter of tubes for the 25HP. headlamp bracket, so that a decision may be taken as to when the change can be introduced. As the lamps are purchased from the London and no doubt it will be possible to introduce the lamps prior to the lengthening of the brackets. In any case we do not wish it to be understood that the lengthening of the brackets need affect the introduction of the lamps. DA{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}/EV.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} | ||
