Dear Sirs, As previously discussed, we are forwarding to you an Experimental oil cooler which we should like you to test in the same way that you have previously tested several oil coolers for us. A rough water jacket has been fitted to the cooler to enable you to pass cooling water around it. We should like to have the test results at your earliest convenience.
