Dear "Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}",

I received your telegram and confirm my reply giving you the address of Hall, viz-Hotel de Paris, Le Mans.

With regard to Le Mans, this is off for the time being owing to the present situation in France owing to the general strike .

The organizers of the race are endeavouring to fix up some other date and as soon as I have any definite information on this subject, I will at once let you know.
