Honeyman - Retail orders}10/EDI/15-12-30. Before this car left London we took the opportunity of weighing it and we found that the car completely equipped and full of petrol, water and oil weighed 46 cwts. 2 qrs. 22 lbs. Not knowing the actual chassis weight, we had to assume the standard weight of 35 cwts. 1 qr.. Deducing this from the total weight leaves 11 cwts. 1 qr. 22 lbs. for the body and all extras. But as the chassis is an experimental one, we think its weight may differ considerably from the standard weight of 35 cwts. 1 qr. which we assumed. Can you tell us whether this is so and, if so, what is the correct weight of the chassis? Hn.{F. C. Honeyman - Retail orders} [signature] [STAMPED]: RECEIVED SH 16 DEC 1930 | ||
