Phantom III Jacks.

Reference E/Lid{A. J. Lidsey}5/HP9.4.37 addressed to Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} with regard to the rams with gland which is less costly to manufacture and modified pump unit, we have now used these regularly since we received them following on your Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Gry{Shadwell Grylls}9/R16.12.36 and the cars have been allowed to stand all night on them. They are now used every time the cars are washed and so far they have not given any trouble.

We shall continue these intensive tests until you tell us that there is no need to continue them.
