12 production cars have run at Derby with coolers disconnected. It is proposed to standardise this at 101 in D subject to a satisfactory test at Brooklands on 35-EX.

CARBURETTER JETS.
RM{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}10/H28.3.38. dealt with this. The forward entry carburetter with larger jets can be introduced at 151 in D.{John DeLooze - Company Secretary}

BATTERY CHARGING.
48 watt bulbs come on production as soon as Lucas can supply. Higher setting regulator starts at 101 in D.{John DeLooze - Company Secretary} A better dynamo has been bench tested and is ready for the next 10,000 miles' test.

CRANKSHAFT.
It is not possible to introduce the Packard type balance weights before 1 in E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer}

COST REDUCTION.
It is possible to send a car to France having mods that give £30 reduction per chassis at 1 in E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} All designs are complete.
