The KE-965 exhaust valves at present fitted to the Bentley should be alright at .004" clearance under everything except extreme hard driving conditions. We admit, however, that under our 10,000 miles conditions, when the car is flogged unmercifully, we may run up to .006" exhaust valve clearance. The inlets are of course perfectly satisfactory between .002" and .003". Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} | ||
