RE "BUZZARD" SIDE STEERING TUBE.

In answer to your query regarding the above, would you kindly note I have taken up this point with Mr. Royce. He remembers the question of the ball [REDACTED] being permanently tight, but thinks that we shall still require the forked pendulum lever and that we may be able to deal with the difficulty. The forked ball joint can be made so that even if the ball is loose the joint will not fall apart, and the ball can be easily replaced.
