Dear Mr. Skinner,

Mr. Robotham has handed me your letter of the 2nd inst.

The needles in question were returned to you on the 2nd inst., being marked for the attention of Mr. Kent, as we did not know you were back.

However, no doubt they have arrived by now and that you agree that the finish is bad.
