Dear Sir,

In reply to yours WOK/EAA with reference to coil with which we asked you to supply us for experimental purposes, we have read your comparisons of your Models 171A, 284A, and 286A coils with interest, and we think that the Model 284A would best suit our purposes.

We understand from our Mr. Day that the set which was submitted to him, containing a coil of this type, was returned owing to there being something about the distributor which was not quite standard. Perhaps, therefore, you will let us have another coil of this type. Could you also let us have a copy of the instruction pamphlet in connection with the Model 171A coil and Model 209 distributor which we are at present fitting to our Airship engines, and also, if possible, a copy of the instruction pamphlet in connection with Model 284A coil, if this is different.

Yours faithfully,
