Any objections? Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} BENTLEY CHASSIS. As you are aware, P.III Steering Boxes are being produced in Malleable Iron, and cost approximately 4/9d per pair. The Bentley Steering Boxes, Piece No. F.60257/8 are being produced as Dixtampo Hot Pressings at a cost of 8/7 1/2d per pair. I would suggest that Bentley are also made in malleable iron if there is no objection, thus saving approximately 4/- per chassis. This could be brought in after completion of "L" Series, - say "M" Series. Roy.{Sir Henry Royce} WC | ||
