Advisability of allowing Woodheads to test repaired and re-built springs.

He suggested that some of the testing might be undertaken by his (Woodhead's) own men, until the rush is over, but if this suggestion is adopted he would wish to have our assurance that we would accept his certificate in all such cases. I think we might consider the advisibility of allowing Woodheads to test repaired and re-built springs, leaving Barwick to deal with springs for production and the rear springs which are changed over.
