Dear Mr. Cooper, With reference to your letter of the 7th instant concerning a customer's query about the removal of washers from carburetter after the running-in period, there is definitely no restriction washer or other device fitted to our cars. Also, there is no such thing as a "running-in" period from the customer's point of view, as this is already carried out before he takes delivery.
