AND 20 HP! COMPLAINTS. +4117 With reference to the sheets of complaints of Phantom and 20 HP. cars which we have received from Sales (Hr.) We recommend that now that it has been agreed Hm. {Capt. W. Hallam - Head Repairs} shall be responsible for collecting and distributing all Technical information from all Depots, that the Sales list should be included in his report, otherwise, in a number of cases we shall have the same complaint reported twice. We think it would be much better for the Department who corrects the fault to report it on their list.
