For the attention of R.J.Chapman Esq.,

Dear Sirs,

We have now completed an endurance test on one of the special fine mesh Fabroil timing gears which you supplied to us recently. The results of the test show a very considerable improvement over your standard Fabroil material as the wear is approximately one third of the amount which occurred on previous tests.

Your quotation dated 19th January 1937 for this material gave a price increase of approximately 10/- per gear over Fabroil A.{Mr Adams} We do not quite understand the necessity for this large increase and the writer would like to come to Rugby to discuss this matter with you.

Will you please let us know whether Friday 22nd. inst. at 10-30 a.m. would be convenient to you.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LTD.
