Dear Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer},

I acknowledge receipt of your letter of the 24th inst., and have pleasure in confirming the visit of Mr. Green and Mr. Hewitt to these Works yesterday, when the items enumerated in your letter under reply were discussed as set out hereunder, seriatim:-

(1) At the moment we are waiting for Wings which have been promised for delivery by May 1st.

(2) The windscreen was despatched on the 21st inst, and the vent windows will be despatched on May 2nd; this completes all details.

(3) We shall commence the drawing of the wheel at the back of the Rippletto just as soon as the drawing of the modification to the Coupe has been finalised; this I hope will be either to-day or to-morrow.

(4) Details of the faults on Mr. Lappin's car have been promised by Mr. Hewitt.

(5) Mr. Hewitt has, we believe, visited Messrs. Rexine Ltd., and Connolly Bros, in connection with this matter, and will no doubt report to you.

(6) Price of the bucket and tubular seats, is being investigated, and details will be posted to you in the course of the next 2/3 days.
