WST x6183. S/W (Wst). Cx{Major Len W. Cox - Advertising Manager}5/CP15.7.35. re. Ekco Car Radio. E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} K.{Mr Kilner} Cole Ltd in a letter this morning say they have not actually had a Set returned from you for fitting to a car in London, and that the only Receiver they have had returned at any time was one which they exchanged for one of your experimental models. They say they had a letter from you on the 18th of June instructing them to make arrangements for supplying and fitting a complete Set to Sg{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}'s car. I rather gather from all this that we have not a spare Ekco Set which is more or less going begging - I got the impression that we had. Would you please let me know the actual position. We do not want to buy any more Sets, but I believe there is still a Phillips Set available for any car - the Set that C. was going to have, but finally turned down. I believe, however, you are rather against this make. Will you please let me know the position. Cx.{Major Len W. Cox - Advertising Manager} LWB | ||
