With reference to Memorandum No.4095, section '3', I received a letter from Mr.Blackmore last night, in which he says :-

"We are unable to stop noise in shock absorbers. I attach note from Templemeads Motor Co. What is to be done ?"

Mr. Blackmore also encloses a letter from Messrs.Templemead Motor Co., who write as follows :-

"With reference to the rattles on your Rolls-Royce car, we have been carefully over everything and we have done all we can, but the two rear shock absorbers still rattle. We have filled them with oil, but upon disconnecting the arm from them there is a distant noise inside these absorbers. This should be covered by the Makers' guarantee, and they ought to send someone down to put it right."

Will W. please communicate at once with Mr. Blackmore stating what they suggest should be done.
