Please refer to our previous correspondence in reference to the noisy Shock Absorbers on the above car, and to your Hs {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} /Rml/LG27.11.28.

We have now heard from Mr. Blackmore, as per copy of letter attached, and as he is apparently unable to spare the car to come to W., will you kindly arrange to send a man in accordance with the suggestion in your memo of the 27th. inst.

If you will let us know when you will be able to send a man, we will advise Mr.Blackmore, or, if you prefer to make your own arrangements, kindly let us know in order that we may avoid duplication of the correspondence.

At the moment we have merely acknowledged the receipt of Mr.Blackmore's letter.
