Suggestion for modifying car suspension and shock absorbers for vehicles being sent to Spain.

Do you think that any improvement could be made by carrying out my suggestion? After correctly springing car for England, afterwards add 5% to each spring and also fit double shock absorbers for cars coming to Spain. Then mechanic on long journeys and over bad roads, could adjust the shock absorbers accordingly, as I am of the opinion that on account of the Phantom speed and FWB. cars for Spain must be sprung slightly heavier than cars for England and probably 5% in Spain would be sufficient as the roads have been greatly improved during the last two years.
