Gearbox 3 speeds and overdrive central change, simplified synchromesh, no servo. Standard ball bearings on main shafts, needle bearings on integral layshaft. Small synchromesh cones and one piece box.

Borg and Beck Clutch. Semi-centrifugal for minimum clutch plate diameter.

Engine - To begin with Wraith type engine unit with 4 port head and Bentley two carburetter induction system.
Alternative all C.I. Unit with overhead camshaft 4 port head and single downdraft carburetter, camshaft drive for ignition and oil pump, 2 separate belt drives for fan,pump and dynamo, external crank damper.
Sheet metal sump and wheelcase, independent clutch case. Exhaust system in M.S. with protective coating.

Petrol tank of two half pressings.

Simplified Marles type steering with transverse steering linkage.

Electrical system simplified and made outside supply.

Radiator shell, front apron, and front wings to be mounted as one unit.

Sheet steel bonnet with Widney hinge.

Dashboard sheet steel incorporated in body.

Floorboards mounted in coachwork.

Spare wheel on side.

Battery to be considered in dash.

Jacks - Single Sessions portable hydraulic hooked-on to bumper extensions.

Body - 6½ cwts if made under our control representing a saving of 2½ to 3½ on present bodies.
