19th January, 1939.

Montague Tombs, Esq.,
"The Autocar",
8-10, Corporation Street,
COVENTRY.

Dear Mr. Tombs,

Herewith a copy of the photographs which have already been handed to Mr. Gordon Crosby. We have taken exposures of the Physical Laboratory, the Road Wheel Drum Test, the Road Performance Chrometer, and will take a further one of the Electrical Laboratory.

The Skid Pan article in "The Autocar" was printed in November 12th 1937 issue, and if the photographs contained therein are not sufficient, we can produce some more.

I shall have the draft of your article back from London first thing on Monday morning, and if you and Mr. Gordon Crosby can come over on that day, we could finalise exactly what is going to be printed. Alternatively, if you two would like to get together again before you come to Derby, we could have a talk round the job on Wednesday.

Yours sincerely,
