Dear Sir :

Thank you for your letter of the 5th instant regarding your visit to our Works in the near future and suggesting that Friday, September 1st, will be the most convenient to you.

This will be quite satisfactory to us and we would suggest that you endeavour to be here before noon.

With reference to your kind enquiry regarding a Lincoln 12-cylinder car; we are making arrangements to have one of these available for your trial on the day you are here.

Yours very truly,
FORD MOTOR COMPANY LTD
