25-EX - 10,000 Miles A.C.Petrol Pump.

In fitting the A.C.Petrol Pump to 25-EX for 10,000 miles trials, the special parts instructed for the R.H. Chassis to Sch.1480 can generally be used.

The following notes may be found useful:-

1/- The filter portion of the pump forming the cover should be moved through 180° on all six bolts.

2/- The front portion of the camshaft bearing should be macnined to E.81474.

3/- The rocker gear on the camshaft bearing should be assembled the same as the R.H. shewn on Sch.1480 and not handed.

4/- The magneto control bracket will not be required.

5/- The existing opening in the T.H.C.Case for the petrol pump requires tapping .8125-20 T.P.I. and it should also be noted a new camshaft gear wheel E.82201 is required.

6/- Also please note modification to Dynamo Drive Oil Connection.
