Dear Ps,

I wrote to Burney as I said I would and he replied as follows :-

"Many thanks for your letter of the 21st December. I should be very glad to see Mr.W.Parsons and to discuss matters with him, as at the present moment, we have not made any arrangements for manufacture in France. Would you be good enough to write to him and ask him to get in touch with me when he comes over to England sometime after the 15th Feb. as I expect to be back from America by that date."
