In connection with the electrical units ordered for cars 4.B.50. and Ripple 1.R.1. we have difficulty in obtaining petrol gauges to DB.{Donald Bastow - Suspensions}2138 which were ordered about 7.6.39. and Smith Warning Lights DB.{Donald Bastow - Suspensions}2391 and DB.{Donald Bastow - Suspensions}2392 which were ordered about 2.6.39.

We understand from the Order Office that these types of units are now coming in from the makers, but that they cannot be made available to us, as Production are also pressing for them, and the whole of the deliveries are being handed over to their stock.

We should be glad to know if there is anything we can do in the matter.
