Childs}J/JR.{Mr James Royce}14.7.39. Electrical units for six Bentley Chassis. In connection with the electrical units for the "Corniche" chassis, instructed in By/RD.6/B.5.7.39. we have not yet received copies of your orders for the following items :- 1 3 Cornercroft "Ace" tail lamps and number plates; square type. 2 3 Cornercroft "Ace" Tail lamps and number plates; oblong type. 3 3 pairs of lucas under-bonnet type wind tone horns. 3 lucas Direction Indicators, to be obtained from Sn.{Mr Sanderson} in London. These units are included in the list of items to be sent to France, and are therefore urgently required. The question of correct designation of some of the lesser known parts is being dealt with by the D.O. and makers titles and numbers for these types, will be obtained in due course.
