| -8- 21.7.37. By means of a volume distribution curve, such as in Fig 7, it is possible to find out how the volume burned varies with time. Making use of equ.6. in the appendix giving the relationship between pressure and volume burned, we can construct a pressure time diagram such as Fig.8. It should be noted that Fig.8 is not corrected for piston displacement, and does not, therefore, represent a true pressure-time diagram. ----------- | ||
