Regarding the construction and insulation of the Cold Room which Messrs J & E Hall Ltd., are supplying to order 10419, the following items have been deducted from the original specification.

All brick and concrete work including excavating of the present floor, re-inforcing concrete lintel and stanchion in the door ways, and 10" x 4½" R.S.J. in the ceiling. The supplying and fitting of the rebated timber curb round the inspection pit.

Allowance has also been made for cooler casing construction originally proposed in the top of the room.

The following items have been added to the original specification.

Extra insulation and finish on account of the room being 31'0" long inside brickwork to take cooler which is now to be placed on the floor level.

Erection of 4" cork insulated wall finished timber both sides to partition off cooler space.

This wall includes two insulated doors for access, removable insulated section in front of the cooler with metal protection on the inside, baffles, fan frame etc.

Credit due to ourselves in lieu of the above...
