Exclusions

1. Excavation for inspection pit, forming of brick enclosure for ditto, together with hardwood sill.

2. Concrete condenser tray.

3. Foundations for refrigerating machinery, or builder's work.

4. Make-up water connection from main to condenser tray.

5. Electric wiring.

Terms - Payment to be made in full on completion to our satisfaction.

Delivered and erected our Works, Derby.

Delivery - despatch within 7 weeks.

Note The electric driving motors to be of Messrs Brook manufacture and the switchgear by Messrs Ellison.
Available electricity supply - 200 volts 3 phase 50 cycles A.C.

Please ask the above people to supply full working drawings as early as possible in order that we may prepare the necessary foundations.
