Instruction Book.
We beg to acknowledge receipt of your letter, reference "EFC2/AD," of the 29th ultimo, which has been held up pending the writer's return to these offices.
Immediately on noting the urgency of the matter special attention was given to an examination of the proposed matter.
We notice that references to paragraphs in several places are now incorrect. It was impossible to give you these by wire, but we are now returning the book corrected.
