15th April/40.

an accepted unit.

In the circumstances we feel that probably a great deal of trouble will be saved if at the end of May when our present supply becomes invalid we do not renew our request for further bulk supplies, but should occasion arise rely upon the supply which you already make to the works.

Should circumstances alter at a later date and it becomes absolutely imperative for use of cars in connection with Admiralty work, we will obtain a certificate from them and communicate with you again.

Yours faithfully,

For ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED.

(D. {John DeLooze - Company Secretary} G. {Mr Griffiths - Chief Accountant / Mr Gnapp} Abbot-Anderson.)
