DA{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}2/CB15-12-20 contd. or four spigots on it, for preventing the pillars collapsing, or it may be considered that a simple plate spigotting into the four pillars would answer the purpose nearly as well. As regards attaching the ends to the tube of the propeller shaft, on account of the thin tube, we have shewn a number of small pegs and brazing, but we are not satisfied with this, and we are sending some further suggestions in a day or two, but thought we had better get the joints away at once.
