44425 [Illegible Stamp] Mr. Hives. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} [Illegible Stamp] BY6/H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} 14.9.26. 3-30 14/9/26 LODGE PLUGS FOR PHANTOM CHASSIS. Referring to wd{Mr Wood/Mr Whitehead}6/NJ. 13.9.26. and attached copy of a letter from Lodge Plugs Ltd. in view of their attitude towards the plug, namely, that they have made it standard, and cut out any of the earlier developments which passed under a similar symbol, I see no reason why we should insist on the 'C.150' designation being marked on the plug. In future, therefore, we shall be content to accept the plug as a "C" type plug, and will modify the Drawing Office Sheets accordingly. BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} | ||
